Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as personalized products, final sale items, and worn merchandise cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
